During my PhD,  Academic staff and Adjuct Research fellow in Food Chemistry group RMIT University Australia I have  supervising and mentoring a number of junior researchers ( honours, Masters and PhD students)

  1.  Damion Drapac (Honours student in Applied Science (Food Sci.) The stability of microencapsulated folic acid & 5-methyltetrahydrofolate in fortified bread.
  2.  Visalak Pinidrum (Master student in Applied Science (Food Sci.) The effects of processing on the properties of rice starch for instant rice products
  3. Laboratory Demonstrator and coordinator for Barchelor and Master Students at the following subjects:
    1.  Food Chemistry
    2. Carbohydrates
    3. Lipid Technology
    4. Protein
    5. Principles of Chemistry

During my Laboratory class and PhD research, I have experienced  on using advanced instruments: HPLC, GC MS, CE, and SEM.
