Currently,  I am a full time senior lecturer  at Jambi University.

My current research interest are (but not limited):

  • Micronutrients, Vitamins
  • Bioactives compounds, Probiotics and prebiotics
  • Novel foods, super foods, Nano/microencapsulations
  • Indigenous/local  foods Technology
  • Halal foods (Safety and quality)
  • Developing GMP, HACCP, Food safety quality assurance manual, SOP, Quality form for Food Industry based on International standard (BRC,   ISO 2200, SQF, Coles, woolworths/WQF etc)
